Lead melting pots & lead pumps

Källström can supply pots for lead melting according to customer’s requirements

The design is a pot with electrical heated Kanthal elements and isolation on the outside. The element temperature is 800ºC (higher temperature possible).

This construction gives low energy consumption and better temperature accuracy.

The feeding of lead can be manual or automatic. The pot is emptied by a lead pump with a capacity up to 800kg/min. The pump is submerged by a hydraulic lifting pillar

Exhaust channels are placed under the hydraulically controlled lid.

The complete pot is placed on weighing scales.
